Autism Forum about classes & courses in Galway, Connaught, Ireland

We live in Germany, plan moving to Galway, Ireland in July. My daughter is autistic, 7.5 years old. We come there by work permit (visa). Our working contract at NUI Galway in 3 years and can be longer. - We want to ask whether she will get child benefit and the other allowance meanwhile we have not yet got habitual resident? - Another question: is it easy to get into special need school there? Is there school bus for autistic child there? Thank you in advance
